Underlying requirements for this program is A-VI. All underlying limits must be $1,000,000. Community Associations, Condominiums, Co-Operative Apartments, COA's, PUD's, HOA's, and Master Associations will qualify for this product. CNA Insurance Companies - Our Equipment Breakdown, Boiler and Machinery Program - Binding authority granted for this program is up to $50,000,000 in property values, We offer a combined Property Damage, Business Income and extra expense with a limit of $5,000,000. We can offer optional increased combined limits of $10,000,000; $15,000,000; $20,000,000 and up to $50,000,000. Various deductibles are available.
